First, learn what each option can mean for your agency; then sharpen your management planning, including your work order system and personnel management skills. Property Managers who want to improve their housing agency’s maintenance operations, i.e. Maintenance Directors, Maintenance Foremen, Executive/Deputy Directors, and Maintenance Supervisors.

The first two days are devoted to maintenance management. Day three concentrates on action plan development undefined maintenance management staff working with residents and Executive Directors. Topics include:
