Who Should Attend
Property Managers who want to improve their housing agency’s maintenance operations, i.e. Maintenance Directors, Maintenance Foremen, Executive/Deputy Directors, and Maintenance Supervisors.
What You Will Learn
The first two days are devoted to maintenance management. Day three concentrates on action plan development undefined maintenance management staff working with residents and Executive Directors. Topics include:

Administering significant components of the business
Developing plans for implementation

Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. on the first day.
