It focuses on effective interviewing, waitlist management, screening, outreach and marketing, and accurate application of eligibility, income and rent calculation regulatory compliance. The nuts and bolts of dealing with eligibility, income, and rent calculations will be mastered through engaging participants in skill development and practice. Most importantly, this class will equip participants with the necessary skills to reduce errors and avoid HUD findings in compliance audits.

They have offered “corporate” rates of $79.95 bay view, or $69.95 city view, make sure to use the word “corporate” when making reservations (989-362-8601). Tawas Bay Beach Resort has a restaurant, bar, pool, and game room. They sit right on Tawas Bay and are walking distance (2 blocks) to the City of East Tawas which holds shops, restaurants, theatre, and bars. Everything is at your fingertips within a 2-3 mile radius.
