Eastpointe Housing Commission (EHC) is seeking experienced candidates for the position of Low Rent Housing Administrator to manage 164 elderly/disabled one (1) bedroom apartments.

The preferred candidate must be knowledgeable of HUD regulations, procedures, and have a minimum of five (5) years of  housing experience. In addition, the candidate should possess strong written, verbal & organizational skills and have the ability to obtain a public housing manager (PHM) certification within 18 months of hire date.

Salary commensurate to experience and includes full benefit package.
