Occupancy Specialist-The Montcalm Housing Corporation, MHC, under Montcalm County Housing Commission, MCHC, is seeking a highly motivated individual that will be responsible for all aspects of the leasing process and assisting in the general operations of the Housing Commission. Experience in property management, affordable housing and/or Project Based Vouchers, PBV, and Housing Choice Voucher, HCV, management is highly desirable. This is a regular full-time position including a benefit package with an anticipated starting salary of $41600 dependent upon experience and qualifications.
