We just received a request/demand from someone in South Pekin IL asking for our Do Not Trespass aka Banned List.  Has anyone else received this request?  And if so how did you respond?
 

I did receive the same FOIA Request from the individual in South Pekin, IL.  I sent him a copy of our Barred Persons List because it is posted in the public lobby.  I did advise him that the list should not be used as a tool to deny housing to people on that list because they may be removed upon a review.  I haven't heard anything back from this person.  It appears he was sending out blanket requests to housing commissions.
