This has caused problems for me in the past, but we do not have a policy, so just had to let things play out.   Most recently a maintenance employee was fired for dishonesty.  A few months later I found out he had been "fraternizing" with a resident, when she abruptly moved out to go live with him.  Cannot wait to hear your story?
