Section 8 tenant paying for master metered utility

    Anyone dealt with this?  Did you allow it because the accompanying decrease in rent seemed reasonable compared to your utility allowance or for some other reason?  Did you deny it because you prohibit any shared utility?  Does your admin plan address it, and how?
