In our annual meetings with residents & staff to discuss possible Capital Fund improvements, the issue of installing central air conditioning has been suggested.  I spoke with Carlos Sanchez about this last weekend.  Carlos affirmed it as being a legitimate expense.  If anyone has done it, have there been any particular challenges?  For example, we find ourselves often in the position of having the utilities put in our name by the carrier because the resident family was delinquent.  We would also be interested in finding out what the long term maintenance demands will be.
