I haven't seen any information regarding a due date yet and I am also curious as to what other HC's are considering with regard to this.  My Board has already met and we had some discussion on it.  Their major concern was the line that basically states no federal money may be used to pay for this endeavor.  The question was what funds may be utilized to pay for participation in the lawsuit and how many HC's in the state are going to participate?

Any answers we can get in response to this would be extremely helpful.

My board discussed this at our June meeting and they decided not to participate.  That was partly because i already tried to appeal and got shot down, but also the cost involved.  I agree with Pat that we should not have to buy into this lawsuit.  Since it's more or less a class action suit, then everyone affected should benefit from the outcome.
